If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

All orders are processed and verified within 2-3 business days.

All packages are shipped via USPS with 2-3 day delivery after processing

 Weekend orders will be fulfilled on the next business days.

*Exchanges

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for you. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at ahdressyou@gmail.comwithin 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the issue.
